My wife, Debbie and I have enjoyed living in Riverdale for the past twenty-three years where we raised our five children.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree from Weber State and am employed at Hill AFB working in aircraft material management.
Proudly served in the military for over thirty years. I was active duty Marine Corps, and I am currently serving in the Army Reserves.
I served over seven years on the Riverdale Planning Commission, dealing with commercial and residential developments, and zoning and ordinance changes.
I’m experienced at managing budgets and prioritizing resources to get the most accomplished.
In my professional and military careers combined with my community and church service have helped me develop strong leadership and decision-making skills.
I ran for the Riverdale City Council to maintain fiscal responsibility while ensuring the high level of services, programs, and amenities that make’s Riverdale a great place to live.
I ran to protect the beauty and character of Riverdale by maintaining appropriate zoning that protects property values and ensure responsible commercial and residential development.
I ran to be responsive and accountable. I’m a proponent of accountability and will be a strong steward of the city’s fiscal resources and will be vocal to hold the city government accountable.
I believe that with my skills, knowledge, and experience I can serve Riverdale’s citizens to ensure its quality of life, and promote Riverdale and its business.
I strive to be forward thinking when resolving problems, working to solve the issue at hand as well as ensuring long term success.
I’ve learned the value of seeking out and listening to other’s perspectives and incorporating their input into workable solutions.
