The 2012 dog licenses have arrived and are now available. Licenses can be renewed at the Civic Center, 4600 S. Weber River Drive.

Riverdale residents,
Just a reminder that your dogs must be registered each year in Riverdale. You may license them during normal business hours, Monday through Friday at the Riverdale City Civic Center (4600 S. Weber River Drive). A form is available to complete and print online. You
may bring it into the office or send it by mail (please enclose verifiable copies of the certificates
of spay or neuter and rabies vaccination).
Please keep your animals
on a leash and do not allow them to roam loose in the streets. We have many complaints about roaming animals. Please be aware that the animals will
be impounded and a citation issued if they are found roaming. We will make
every reasonable effort to return your animal to you with merely a verbal
warning before issuing a citation.
Without a current
license attached to a collar or a microchip, it is almost impossible to determine ownership
of a dogor cat and, sadly enough, they usually end up at the shelter. Please
attach the license to the animal's collar as soon as you get it.

Registration fees are as follows:
Unsterilized dogs $50.00 (Disabled Veterans and Senior Citizens $25.00)
Sterile dogs $15.00 (Disabled Veterans and Senior Citizens $5.00)
Un-altered animals reclaimed from the Weber County shelter will be assessed a $25 spay or neuter agreement fee. A late fee of *$25.00 will be imposed after March 1st.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Jones,
