RECREATION PROGRAM SURVEY

Our Riverdale City Recreation Program has had great success with our summer family swim nights. Now we would like to begin additional family oriented activities throughout the year.

As we look to plan future family activities we ask for your help by filling out a short survey. The survey can be filled out online by clicking on the button below.

You do not need to enter any personal information. You do not need to enter an email address at the end of the survey, it is only an option for those interested in QuestionPro products and is not required to completed the survey.
