Recovery Work Continues
Time,
Skilled Labor, and Materials Needed!
Work
continues, however, most homeowners and residents are now faced with the
challenge of finding the time, the money for materials and the skilled
labor to complete the finish work.
The city maintains
an effort to complete general clean-up of streets, storm-drains, sewer,
the Golden Spike Park, etc.
Many volunteer neighbors,
families, and surrounding communities continue to provide service to residents
on homes and yards. Most often, those in need are coordinating with a
project leader and/or a local Riverdale volunteer representative. These
two individuals have some access to both the skilled trades and the labor
force necessary to assist in continuing the support for each homeowner
in need.
