To receive and consider public comment regarding a petition to amend Riverdale City's zoning map, specifically to rezone 3.314 acres of property located at 5485 South 1200 West from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-8 (Single Family Residential).

To receive and consider public comment regarding proposed amendments to Riverdale City's Zoning Ordinance, Title 10, Chapter 13D, Low-Impact Commercial Overlay Zone. The proposed amendment would refer to Chapter 13D as Low-Impact Transition Zone.
