To receive and consider public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 10, specifically to add a new Chapter, Chapter 10-28, RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING, which would require residential property owners in the City to maintain certain landscaping/beautification standards and standards for determining nuisances in residential zones and zones in which the use is primarily a residential use.

Public Comment is invited.
