We ensure that all subdivisions, commercial site plans, and land uses align with city ordinances and regulations. Our team also mangages applications for zone changes, variances, special exceptions, land use map amendments, and development agreements--helping to create a well-planned, vibrant community.

ONLINE PERMITS

ONLINE PORTAL 
The first time you login you will be required to create an account. To do so simply follow the steps given. These steps include:​

• At the registration page type in your email, name, and phone number (the email will be used for correspondence regarding your permit).
• Click register, this will send you an email.
• Open the registration email.
• Click the "Get Started" button in the email, this will open a login window.
• Enter the temporary password you received.
• Click "Login".
• Type and confirm your desired password.
• Click "Change".
• You are now ready to apply for a permit.
