The Building & Inspection Division provides plan checking, permitting, and inspection services for new construction, additions, remodels and alterations, and demolitions. On this website, you’ll find the information you need to apply for a building permit, request an inspection, and obtain basic code guidelines and direction.

Using the Online Building Inspection and Permit Process:

First Time Users:
The first time you login you will be required to create an account. To do so simply follow the steps given. These steps include:

At the registration page type in your email, name, and phone number (the email will be used for correspondence regarding your permit).
Click register, this will send you an email.
Open the registration email.
Click the "Get Started" button in the email, this will open a login window.
Enter the temporary password you received.
Click "Login".
Type and confirm your desired password.
Click "Change".
You are now ready to apply for a permit.
