Sex Offender Registration
Registered Sex Offenders are required to complete biannual registration in person.
In addition, any changes involving Vehicle, Employment, Education, or Residence (VEER) must also be reported in person within 3 days to remain in compliance.
Changes to email, phone number, and other non-VEER information may be submitted through the UDC website via "Offender Watch Express." However, you must notify the Riverdale Police Department after making these changes online so that staff can import them into the system.
Biannual registrations may be completed in person between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Registers are required to pay the annual Riverdale Police Department Sex Offender Registry fee of $25 at the time of registration. The Utah Department of Public Safety Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry fee is $100 that should be paid during the offender’s birth month. This fee is paid directly to Utah BCI.
