Riverdale City has partnered with cityinspect.com to provide an online option for scheduling building inspections. With this portal you will also be able to submit building permits, sign permits, and Right of Way permit applications. You can also track the status of your application.

- At the registration page type in your email, name, and phone number (the email will be used for correspondence regarding your permit).
- Click register, this will send you an email.
- Open the registration email.
- Click the "Get Started" button in the email, this will open a login window.
- Enter the temporary password you received.
- Click "Login".
- Type and confirm your desired password.
- Click "Change".
- You are now ready to apply for a permit.
