2025 Old Glory Days Celebration
Registration for 2025 Old Glory Days events begins on May 1.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
July 1- BABY CONTEST
0 to 12 months: Begins at 4:00 PM
13 to 24 months: Begins at 5:00 PM
Participants must be residents of the City of Riverdale.
Free event.
July 1- MOVIE IN THE PARK & CHILDREN'S ENTREPRENEUR MARKET
The children's entrepreneur market starts goes from 6:30- 9:30p at Riverdale Park. For more info visit
www.childrensentrepreneurmarket.com Free inflatables and concessions will be provided from 6p- 9p. The Wild Robot starts at 9:30 pm at Riverdale Park.
July 2- PICKLEBALL EVENT
Held at the Riverdale Community Center. Senior event will begin at 9a and the Adult event will begin at 5p. Registration is $20 per resident team and $25 per non-resident team. Event will fill up fast, register while spots are still available.
July 4- CANNON BLAST- 6AM
SUNRISE SERVICE- 7AM
STARS AND STRIPES 5K- 7AM
5K Race Map
LIONS CLUB BREAKFAST- 7:30AM
KIDS K- 8AM
PEDALS AND PAWS PARADE- 9AM
PARADE- 9:30AM
Starts at 4250 S 700 W then on to 4400 S.

Old Glory Days
Our biggest celebration of the year takes place on July Fourth. The Old Glory Days celebration includes: Sunrise Service, Breakfast fundraiser, parade, Riverdale Park booths and entertainment, sports tournaments, baby contest, and fireworks. Details and schedules are posted in June.
Easter Egg Hunt
Our Youth City Council puts on our annual Easter Egg Hunt in Riverdale Park. The event takes place on the Saturday before Easter.
Halloween Party
A Community Halloween Party is held annually in October. Our Youth City Council plans and runs the event. Details of the event are posted in early October.
Summer Swim Nights
Riverdale City holds annual summer swim parties each year for residents. Riverdale rents the Roy Aquatic Center exclusively for Riverdale residents to swim for free from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for each date chosen in June, July, and August. For more information click here.
