Building permits, sign permits, and Right of Way permits are submitted using our online portal. 

ONLINE PERMIT APPLICATIONS
Riverdale City has partnered with cityinspect.com to provide an online option for submitting the following permits:

• Building permits
• Sign permits
• Right of Way permit applications

With this portal you will be able to submit your application and plans, track the status of your application, and request inspections.

Using the Online Permit Process:

Returning Users:
Returning Users with an account click here.

​First Time Users:
The first time you login you will be required to create an account. To do so simply follow the steps given. These steps include:

• Click on the this registration link. https://utah.cityinspect.com/register?registration_id=oQ4q1mKtQz
• At the registration page type in your email, name, and phone number (the email will be used for correspondence regarding your permit).
• Click register, this will send you an email.
• Open the registration email.
• Click the "Get Started" button in the email, this will open a login window.
• Enter the temporary password you received.
• Click "Login".
• Type and confirm your desired password.
• Click "Change".
• You are now ready to apply for a permit.
