UTILITY BILLING DIRECT PAY AND EQUAL PAY
DIRECT PAY OPTION
For your convenience, and to help the City gain the efficiencies of automation, Riverdale is offering the option of having your utility billing paid directly from your bank account. Interested residents need to fill out the Auto-Pay form, attach a voided check, and return it to the City offices, 4600 S. Weber River Dr., Riverdale, Utah 84405.
For Direct Pay forms received before the 15th of the month, the automatic bank account deduction will begin with that months bill. For forms received after the 15th of the month, the automatic bank account deduction will begin the next month.
A bill will still be mailed for your information as to what has been charged to your account. If you have any questions, please call 801-394-5541 ext. 1201.

EQUAL PAY OPTION
Riverdale residents now have the option to select Equal Pay for their utility bill. With the Equal Pay option, residents monthly charge will be averaged based on the previous twelve months. If there is a utility rate increase, the average will be refigured to compensate for the increased rates. This will help residents in planning a monthly budget and avoid months of higher bills due to higher summer usage.
If you choose the Equal Pay option you are also required to sign-up for the Direct Pay option as well.
To activate this service residents need to fill out the Equal Pay form and return it to the Riverdale City Offices. If you have any questions, please call 801-394-5541 ext. 1201.
