Riverdale City has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to allow residents and businesses to pay their city utility bill online.
If you have not already done so, you will need to visit the Xpress Bill Pay site to establish an account (please click on the "First Time User Document" link below for more information).
Once you have established an account, you may set up reoccurring automatic payments or make one-time payments to your utility account.
